MARINA T. SOMERS
 Marina T. Somers is the founding partner of Somers & Associates.
Prior to the formation of her own firm, Ms. Somers was the Country Managing Partner of Russia for Heidrick & Struggles International, heading up the Moscow office.
Before her arrival in Russia, she was based in New York, working in executive search for twelve years and conducting assignments at the most senior levels, for multinational clients worldwide. Her search practice focused on serving clients in various cross-functional practices, such as FMCG, Finance, Industry, Retail and Professional Services. She also maintained a strong focus on a legal practice, recruiting partners for law firms and senior corporate in-house lawyers for corporations.
Bringing fifteen years of extensive worldwide experience in executive search to the Russian market, Ms. Somers began her business career in New York as a human resources director for one of the top retailers in America.
Ms. Somers is an honors graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University and she also attended the graduate faculties of Columbia University and New York University.
Ms. Somers is an American of Russian extraction, and is fully bilingual in English and Russian.
